BREAKING NEWS Just hours ago, a tremendous fire broke out in…

Just as the world was beginning a new day, nature delivered a stark reminder of its force.

A powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck near the China–Myanmar border, sending shockwaves through towns and cities caught off guard in the early hours.

The ground convulsed without warning, turning a faint tremor into violent shaking that brought buildings down and drove people into the streets in panic. Within moments, the situation escalated into one of the strongest quakes the region has experienced in years—an event that tested the resilience of everyone in its path.

Residents fled barefoot and disoriented, faces marked by fear, as once-quiet neighborhoods were transformed into scenes of destruction. Structures collapsed, debris covered the roads, and confusion spread as people searched for safety.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake’s epicenter was located just 10 kilometers beneath the surface, intensifying its impact. Tremors were felt far beyond the immediate area, reaching parts of southern China, northern Thailand, and across Myanmar.

Cities such as Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai also experienced strong shaking, prompting residents to evacuate buildings and seek open ground as the full extent of the disaster began to unfold.
